I’m Meagan Kroeze—real estate investor, luxury realtor, mentor, and mama on a mission. I started investing in real estate in 2012 and built a portfolio of over 50 rental properties before shifting strategies as a single mom. I learned how to flip homes for high returns, sell off underperforming rentals, and reinvest in better, smarter assets. Today, I’m still flipping, still building—and now I’m teaching other women how to do it, too.

I’ve personally sold over $100 million in real estate and own my own real estate group, the Curtis Ryan Group, under REAL Brokerage. My passion is helping ambitious women create generational wealth through real estate—whether they’re just getting started or scaling their investment game.
