Since that pivotal moment, my journey has evolved into a remarkable portfolio, encompassing over 50 properties. I’ve been actively engaged in selling, flipping, and acquiring new investments ever since.
In 2023, I took the bold step of launching my own brokerage, Curtis Ryan Properties. In these first few years as the proud owner of my brokerage, I’ve successfully led the sale of over 200 units.
